1. Agreement

By using gladefit.pro and booking services with Glade Fit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services & Accuracy

We describe excursions, pricing (CAD), durations, and difficulty in good faith. Routes, weather, and park conditions may require changes. We will communicate material changes before departure where possible.

3. Bookings & Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or full payment as specified in your confirmation email. We accept major credit cards and e-transfer unless otherwise stated. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 30+ days before departure: full refund minus administrative fee (CAD $50). 15–29 days: 50% refund. Under 15 days: no refund unless we fill your spot. We may cancel for safety; full refund or rescheduling offered.

5. Assumption of Risk

Outdoor excursions involve inherent risks including uneven terrain, weather, wildlife, and physical exertion. Participation acknowledges these risks. Guides provide instruction and safety briefings; participants must follow guide directions.

6. Insurance

We recommend personal travel and health insurance covering outdoor activities. This is not legal advice; consult your insurer regarding coverage.

7. Refunds & Limitations

Refunds follow our cancellation policy. We are not liable for indirect losses, missed travel connections, or personal equipment damage except where prohibited by law.

8. Intellectual Property

Website content, logos, and programme materials are owned by Glade Fit. You may not reproduce materials without written permission.

Participant Conduct & Confidentiality

Oratory and storytelling programmes require respectful conduct. Participants agree to honour confidentiality within the group unless explicit consent is given for sharing. Recording may be permitted only with facilitator approval and participant consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Ontario.
